Maple syrup results from the condensation of maple tree sap, which is drawn from the end of March to the beginning of April. At 104°C, the tree sap converts to maple syrup. You need 40 liters of tree sap to obtain 1 liter of maple syrup.

This 100% pure maple syrup is a delicious treat on pancakes, waffles or fruit, for example. However, it can also be used to refine vinaigrette, marinade, tea and whipped cream.
