What makes La Ferme Martinette Pure Maple Syrup so special?

Maple syrup results from the condensation of maple tree sap, which is drawn from the end of March to the beginning of April. At 104°C, the tree sap turns into maple syrup. You need 40 liters of tree sap to obtain 1 liter of maple syrup.


This 100% pure maple syrup is a delicious treat on pancakes, waffles or fruit, for example. However, it can also be used to refine vinaigrette, marinade, tea and whipped cream.
