In the glass, the Vidal Select Late Harvest has a light straw color and a medium viscosity. The nose shows notes of mango, peaches, peach syrup and pineapple. On the palate, it is subtly sweet, with aromas of ripe pear, Golden Delicious apple, peach and pineapple. The finish is clean with refreshing acidity. A versatile option for an aperitif, foie gras or with a light dessert.
