One of the latest beers from the Small Batch series is the fruity Tangerin Witbier.
Witbier is an old style of beer that originally comes from Belgium. Witbier is a top-fermented beer and is brewed approximately half with unmalted wheat and malted barley. The special feature here is that it is usually seasoned with orange peels - in the case of Tangerine Witbier with mandarin peels - and coriander. This makes this type of beer a mild and fruity-spicy beer, making it particularly refreshing.
