Lore & Legends Distilleries produces gin entirely from grain to bottle in the artisanal distillery in Levis (Quebec). Only local ingredients are used. Sustainable production ensures that the essential oils obtained remain intact and natural. This creates delicate and gentle aromas that are reminiscent of Canadian flora.
Distillation four times in a copper still (pot stills) in accordance with British tradition creates this signature gin with an exceptionally soft and pure taste. The maceration of various plant species such as sea buckthorn and camerise, which come 100 percent from the region, produces a unique variety of aromas.
